Ecological Assessments, such as Preliminary Ecological Assessments (PEA), are usually required for any form of planning application. Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment

A Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessment is becoming mandatory for most development and planning applications.

JW Biodiversity Management have experience in conducting BNG assessments using the DEFRA metric and producing detailed habitats maps for both baseline and proposed outlines.

We will work closely with the project team to help design a deliverable solution to ensure the required net gain is achieved.

We are also able to produce suitable long-term management plans that are required as well as helping to arrange any off-site credits that you may require.

Biodiversity Management and Enhancement
